What is your Implementation process for a new payroll?
Company details form is completed with all relevant info required. Employee information depending on size of payroll is obtained by either; when small payroll take on forms are completed by employees and loaded on system by us, or where medium sized payroll employee info can be provided on excel spreadsheets (usually extracted out of current system) and imported to our system.
How is payroll changes sent to you?
All payroll changes and documents are received via email. Clients keep original documents on their premises and copies of originals are scanned and pdf files are emailed to us.
How is payroll queries from employees handled?
Depending on clients requirements, if preferred we can deal directly with employee and handle query.
Will I be able to import payroll information to my accounting software?
Yes GL reports and upload files can be created to import to accounting systems. GL upload files are created according to accounting system spec.
Are you able to provide payslips, reports from periods pasted?
Yes reports for any past period can be reproduced from system.
Can service be taken mid year?
Yes YTD totals are processed where payrolls are implemented mid year.
Are you able to make payments on my behalf?
Yes we can make salary payments to employees, Tax obligation payments and 3rd party payments on your behalf.
