Household Domestic Payroll

Domestics are now considered normal workers just like everyone else, therefore the same rules and regulations apply to them and the same consequences can apply to you should you not follow procedure. UIF contributions for domestic employees are required by law to be made If domestic is earning above the tax threshold PAYE is required to be deducted and paid to SARS



Monthly payslips are provided.


Monthly submissions to SARS and UIF Department of Labour is done and payment for PAYE and UIF is created to your bank account for release.
Where PAYE applicable, we will do annual IRP5 submissions and provide you with IRP5.


We manage all leave types on system and keep record of leave taken.


We provide you with a contract template which includes all legal requirements. Upon termination we will complete and provide all UIF forms necessary for domestic to claim benefits.
