Engagement Packs include welcome message and guidelines for system access and navigations as well as document with all personal details processed in system for employee to check and validate that all is correct.
Termination and Maternity packs include confirmation of dates and payments due to employee as well as all documentation required and guideline for claiming UIF at the dept of labour, documentation included are UI-19, UIF salary schedules, blank UIF bank confirmation form and UIF claim guide. Termination will also receive COS “certificate of service and last 6 months payslips.
Electronic PERSONNEL FILES:
the system provides functionality for electronic filling on each employee. Files can easily be accessed by users who have access to a computer and internet connection.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (SDL) ASSISTANCE:
the HRIS system caters for the capturing of training records. Various reports can be provided to assist with the reporting required by different SETA organisations. This aids the organization in claiming skills levies.
